This room is also thought to have been used as an office for government officials during the building’s time as the Prefectural Office. The picture upon which the reconstruction was based does not provide any information as to what this room was used for in the Administrative Office, but it is assumed to have been alternately used as a workplace by village headmen from each town in Hyogo-no-tsu.
